We are thrilled to invite you to apply for the 2nd Annual Ocala Pet Palooza taking place on June 22- 23, 2024, at the prestigious World Equestrian Center. This one-of-a-kind event brings together pet enthusiasts, vendors, and animal lovers alike, creating a haven for all things pet-related.

Our event features an incredible experience featuring various activities such as costume contests, agility courses, wiener races, and so much more! Our adoption and rescue organizations will be on-site to help find homes for many animals!

Booths include 8' backdrop, and 3' siderails. You can bring your own table and chairs or rent them from WEC through us.
Ballantine Management assigns booths on a first-come, first-serve basis. This means that Ballantine Management must have a completed, signed contract, accompanied by at least a 50% non-refundable down payment.
Every effort will be made to assign you in your booth choices if available. Although vendors selling similar items will be seperated, which may result in you not getting your preferred space.

This online document constitutes your application, contract, and invoice for the payment and use of space(s) at the Ocala Pet Palooza, held at the World Equestrian Center in the above-referenced event. Ballantine Management reserves the right to refuse an application/contract and space to any show. Space will be assigned at the discretion of Ballantine Management. Ballantine Management reserves the right to change the floor plan, including, but not limited to aisle space, dates and hours without notice, to provide a more attractive and successful show. Ballantine Management reserves the right to remove/expel the above applicant without refund with cause. Ballantine Management has the absolute discretion to exercise these rights at any time. No space assignment will be made unless this application is accompanied by full payment. All fees paid are non-refundable & non-transferable. A $50.00 service charge will be assessed for each dishonored check return/ disputed charge fee to Ballantine Management. You agree to receive email correspondence from Ballantine Management for this and future events.
