How does it work?
Rules & Regulations
Things to Remember:
Applications are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Spaces are assigned as applications are received and as seen fit by management. For space to be assigned, a completed and signed application must be received with full payment.
Spaces are 8' x13'. If you rent more than one space, they will be side-by-side.
Space upgrades (corners and/or wall spaces) are available on a limited basis.
Sellers will receive 2 seller passes with each space rented. (Maximum of 6 passes).
Additional items available to rent include 8’ plain tables and electricity. Please be sure to purchase in advance as pricing for these items increases by $5 each for on-site orders.
Sellers are fully responsible for securing their items in their space. Ballantine Management is not responsible for items that are damaged, lost, or stolen.
Booth Rates:
Residential Rate, $110.00 - Household & Garage Sale type items, Collectibles, Furniture, etc.
Direct Sales, $175.00 - MLMs, Direct Sales Companies, Artisans & Crafters—limited availability
Commercial $400 - Retail, Industrial, Service-Based Companies, Corporations—limited availability
All booth spaces are 8' Deep x 13' Wide - please enter the quantity needed below:
Residential Sale Space is designated for Household & Garage sale type items, Collectables, Furniture, etc.
Direct Sales Space is designated for MLM's, Direct Sales Companies, Artisans & Crafters
Commercial Sales Space is designated for retail, industrial, service-based companies, and corporations.
This online document constitutes your application, contract, and invoice for the payment and use of space(s) at the Ballantine Management - Super Gigantic Garage Sale, held at Allentown Fairgrounds Agri-Plex in the above-referenced Fall Event. Ballantine Management reserves the right to refuse an application/contract and space to any show. Space will be assigned at the discretion of Ballantine Management. Ballantine Management reserves the right to change the floor plan, including, but not limited to aisle space, dates, and hours without notice, to provide a more attractive and successful sale. Ballantine Management reserves the right to remove/expel the above applicant without a refund with cause. Ballantine Management has the absolute discretion to exercise these rights at any time. No space assignment will be made unless this application is accompanied by full payment. All fees paid are non-refundable & non-transferable. A $50.00 service charge will be assessed for each dishonored check return/ disputed charge fee to Ballantine Management. You agree to receive email correspondence from Ballantine Management for this and future events.
I hereby apply for space in the sale. If accepted, I hereby agree to abide by all rules and regulations of Ballantine Management - Super Gigantic Garage Sale and I hereby release Ballantine Management from any and all liabilities concerning the loss of personal property and/or personal injury that might occur either directly or indirectly from my attending the event. I have read, accept, and agree to the rules and regulations.
Your card will not be charged. This is a pre-registration to reserve your spot until your payment is processed in the future. By completing this page, you agree that this payment information will be used to process your payment for the full amount at the proper time.
